The study aimed to identify the improvement according to ISO 9001: 2015 and its role in building the smart organization. To achieve the goal of the study, a descriptive-analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data from the study sample consisting of administrative position holders and employees related to the subject of the study in Palestinian Telecom Group companies (Paltel, Jawwal, and Hadara), and 122 questionnaires were distributed and 114 were retrieved, and the valid questionnaires for the statistical analysis reached (110) with percentage (90.16%), and the data was analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study showed that the Palestinian Telecom Group companies achieved a rate of (75.15%) which is a good percentage of implementation of the improvement according to ISO 9001:2015 in these companies, and there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the improvement according to ISO 9001: 2015 and building the smart organization, and there is a statistically significant effect of improvement according to ISO 9001: 2015 in building the smart organization.
