The main purpose of this research is the determination of the causes of the delay of the projects in the Saida city, to do so, were distributed to the study sample (employees of the office of property promotion and management “O.P.G.I” of Saida), we recovered 39 response, for the processing of the information collected we used the method of discriminating analysis via the program SPSS v.20, the result obtained is that the main cause of the delay is primarily the contractor, followed by the design office.
