This study aims to know the most important barriers faced by the Gumhouri bank in Libya, in the application of partnership (Musharakah), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical analysis using the questionnaire as a tool for study data collection. It is distributed on a sample of (54) individuals, and the data of this study were analyzed, besides, its hypnosis was examined by the application of the most suitable descriptive statistical analysis, using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), some conclusions were reached which may contribute to the recognition of the barriers and put some recommendations in the same frameworks.
