Cartografia do Secretariado Executivo no Brasil: estrutura e produção científica no processo de institucionalização

Diante da urgência pelo reconhecimento científico do Secretariado Executivo no Brasil pelos órgãos locais de avaliação e fomento à pesquisa, objetiva-se, com essa investigação, realizar apontamentos sobre o processo de institucionalização científica do Campo, considerando as idiossincrasias dos seus componentes estruturais e produção científica. Para isso, são analisados os Cursos de Graduação, os pesquisadores, os veículos de comunicação científica e a dinâmica da produção científica destes, em um recorte temporal de 21 anos (1997-2018). Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualiquantitativa, analítica, que utiliza do levantamento como método de coleta e da Cientometria como método de análise. Como resultados, são apresentados a distribuição de Cursos e pesquisadores; a cultura de comunicação científica; o ranking de periódicos e eventos mais recorrentes; produtividade de pesquisadores e instituições; e colaboração científica entre estes componentes. Pela exploração do potencial analítico de tais indicadores, é possível concluir que quatro antecedentes devem compor a agenda da comunidade citada frente ao seu posicionamento científico. Palavras-chave: Secretariado Executivo. Indicadores cientométricos.  ABSTRACT Given the urgent need for scientific recognition of the Executive Secretariat in Brazil by local evaluation and research promotion agencies, the purpose of this research is to make notes on the process of scientific institutionalization of the field, considering the idiosyncrasies of its structural components and scientific production. For this, the Graduation Courses, the researchers, the scientific communication vehicles, and the dynamics of their scientific production are analyzed, in a time frame of 21 years (1997-2018). It is a qualiquantitative, analytical research, which uses the survey as a collection method and Scientometrics as a method of analysis. As result, the distribution of courses and researchers have presented; the culture of scientific communication; the ranking of journals and more recurrent events; the productivity of researchers and institutions; and scientific collaboration among these components. By exploring the analytical potential of such indicators, it is possible to conclude that four backgrounds should make up the agenda of the community cited concerning its scientific positioning. Keywords: Executive Secretariat.
