The main feature of the manuscripts of thepeoples of the East, including Central Asia,is that over the 14 centuries since theformation of Islam, these peoples havecreated scientific and artistic works not onlyin their native languages, but also in Arabicand Persian. Historically, there was noborder between Central Asia and Iran, aswell as between the Arab countries. Therefore, although some Arabicmanuscripts were created in the Central Asiaregion, others may have been imported fromArab countries or Iran. The same is true ofthe Persian manuscripts. Thus, in CentralAsia, there are manuscripts written inTurkish, as well as manuscripts written inArabic and Persian
