Рецензируется комментарий к Федеральному закону «Об оперативно-розыскной деятельности», которому в 2020 году исполнилось 25 лет. Отмечается глубина анализа Федерального закона, научной и учебной литературы по рецензируемой проблеме. Все авторы рецензируемого комментария в прошлом являются видными практическими и научными работниками, имеющими большой жизненный и служебный опыт, состоялись как ведущие ученые в данной сфере. В рецензии обосновывается вывод, что комментарий представляет собой оконченный и фундаментальный труд по оперативнорозыскной науке. Этот комментарий очень нужен и науке, и практике, как профессионалам, так и неслужащим людям (профессорско-преподавательскому составу юридических вузов, студентам, курсантам и слушателям). The commentary on the Federal Law "On Operational-Investigative Activities", which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020, is being reviewed. The depth of the analysis of the Federal Law, scientific and educational literature on the problem under review is noted. All the authors of the peer-reviewed commentary in the past are prominent practical and scientific workers with extensive life and work experience, have taken place as leading scientists in this field. The review substantiates the conclusion that the commentary is a completed and fundamental work on operational-search science. This commentary is very necessary for both science and practice, both professionals and nonserving people (faculty of law schools, students, cadets and listeners).
