Аннотация. В настоящей статье рассматриваются конституционно-правовые и социально-политические предтечи комплексного изменения Кон-ституции Российской Федерации в 2020 году. На основе анализа релевантнойстатистической информации и существующих научных подходов автор дела-ет вывод о своевременности конституционной реформы. Annotation. This article examines the constitutional, legal and socio-political forerunnersof a comprehensive amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in2020. Based on the analysis of relevant statistical information and existing scientific approaches,the author concludes that the constitutional reform is timely.
