Аннотация. В статье представлен авторский подход к диагностикеи управлению нормотворческой деятельности в рамках правового обеспеченияпищевой безопасности, с использованием простой и развернутой моделейкомпенсационного гомеостата, которые позволяют выявить противоречиямежду нормотворческой деятельностью и другими элементами системногообъекта, и определить возможные режимы взаимодействия между ними.Это позволит осуществлять диагностику и соответствующее эффективноеуправление нормотворческой деятельности в сфере обеспечения пищевойбезопасности, с целью определения основных направлений для его совершен-ствования. Annotation. The article presents the author`s approach to diagnostics and managementof the rule-making activity within the framework of legal ensuring of food safety usinga simple and expanded models of a compensational homeostat, which allows to identify ofthe contradictions between the rule-making activity and other elements of the system object,and to define the possible modes of interaction between them. This will make it possibleto carry out, diagnostics and appropriate effective management of the rule-making activityin the field of ensuring food safety in order to determine the main directions for its improvement.
