Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются правовые аспекты противодействия незаконной предпринимательской деятельности и иным взаимосвязанным преступлениям, совершаемым в закрытом сегменте сети Интернет с использованием информационных технологий, криптографических средств и криптовалюты. На основе анализа способов подготовки, совершения и сокрытия цифровых следов таких преступлений обосновываются предложения по совершенствованию уголовно-правовых норм, направленных на повышение эффективности выявления, пресечения и предупреждения рассматриваемых преступлений. Annotation. The article examines the legal aspects of countering illegal business activities and other interrelated crimes committed in the closed segment of the Internet using information technology, cryptographic tools and cryptocurrency. Based on the analysis of the methods of preparation, commission and concealment of digital traces of such crimes, proposals are substantiated for improving the criminal law norms aimed at increasing the efficiency of detecting, suppressing and preventing the crimes in question.
