Electronic learning is an interactive learning system which uses informative and communicative technologies to reach the learner, and uses a complete electronic and numeric environment to present educational courses across online networks. It is a form of education based on the utilization of technology in all its forms to deliver information to the learner in the fastest way possible, using minimal effort and yielding the most benefit. The purpose of this paper is finding out the advantages and disadvantages of electronic learning from the point of view of The technical trainees institute, as well as the advantages and disadvantages that the lecturers face in delivering the coursework during the Covid-19 pandemic. The additional purpose was to understand how to save the time and effort of the lecturer by switching to online lectures. A study ran across a sample of lecturers from The technical trainees institute during the 2020-2021 school year, and the results were analyzed using the appropriate statistical methods. The study has several findings, the most significant being the importance of using online learning (both during and after a pandemic). It also found that the change from traditional schooling to online schooling should happen gradually due to the nature of online learning and its need of a basic fundamental structure to ensure a proper application and to ensure that the educational staff benefits from online education.
