Energy sources occupy an increasing importance, not only as the artery of the economy, but also because of their importance in determining the power of the state and its regional and international situation, especially with the presence of an imbalance between the structure of the international system and its structure and the distribution of energy sources. And the requirements of local consumption, and the importance of providing sufficient and safe energy sources an important role so that it does not affect its economic status and its international standing in light of the competition of regional and emerging powers to control energy sources that are characterized by scarcity and increasing global consumption.
