The successful teaching programcomprises of well planned curriculum along with its effectiveexecution system, with the intention that the students acquiremaximum significant knowledge in the available time-span. Ateaching method consists of the principles and technique usedfor instruction. The methodology of teaching a topic willinfluence the students, in the comprehension of the subjectas well as in the management of clinical conditions. The verycertain fact is; students are undoubtedly in the best positionto comment on the effectiveness of any the teaching andevaluation methods.Objective:To evaluate the different teaching methods practiced inphysiology using student’s feedback.Material And Methods:A written questionnaire covering topics on variousteaching and evaluation methods was used to get feedbackfrom students. Descriptive statistics was used for analysis ofdata. Frequency was shown as percentage.Results :Most of the students (55%) preferred combination ofconventional & advanced methods to make lectures effective.Practical sessions of clinical examination are most interesting(70%)Conclusion:Students were satisfied with all teaching methodswith certain suggestions. Relevant modifications in thecurriculum of physiology as well as other medical subjects mustbe made time to time according to students need.
