A 22 yr old postpartum female after a twin vaginal deliverypresented with shortness of breath grade 2-4 NYHA, grade 3pedal edema and basal crepitations is diagnosed to haveTakotsubo cardiomyopathy. A young age of 22 years isuncommon for this disease and stressor might be twin vaginaldelivery in this case. However patient showed significantimprovement within a week and showed complete recoverywithin 2 months.
