The basic differencebetween western scenario and indian scenario is indiansurgeons are more favouring technically more challenging offpump coronary artery bypass technique vs western surgeonwho are more inclined towards less challenging on pumpsurgeries1. So indian anesthesiologist are more experinced inmanaging OPCAB more effectively where 90% of cardiacsurgery is off pump in contrast to western world where ratio isreverse
