The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the competence of teachers in using learning media through mentoring in TK Boh Hate Ma, Aceh Besar District. This research is a school action research. Research procedures include; planning, implementing actions, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were all teachers at TK Boh Hate Ma, totaling 8 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that in the initial conditions the percentage of completeness of the teacher's ability to use learning media was 12.5%. In the first cycle there was an increase of 40% to 62.5%. In the second cycle, the completeness of the teacher's ability increased 25% to 87.5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the competence of teachers in using learning media can be increased through mentoring at TK Boh Hate Ma, Aceh Besar District.
