ECONOMÍA SOCIAL E INSERCIÓN LABORAL DE LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD

El mercado, también el de trabajo, es implacable con los más débiles. En el caso de las personas con discapacidad, hemos comenzado por perfilar su concepto técnico jurídico, para centrarnos seguidamente en la cuestión de su empleo. El Estado Social procura compensar, al menos en parte, su desigualdad de partida, fomentando su inserción en el mercado ordinario, y también en el protegido. Las empresas de economía social, por los valores que atesoran, suelen ser el ámbito más acogedor para las personas con discapacidad, señaladamente, en el caso de los centros especiales de empleo. In the case of the disabled people, we have started to outline their legal technical concept so as to focus on the issue of their employment. The Social State tries to compensate at least partially their inequality as starting point promoting their integration into the ordinary market, and also into the protected one. Firms of social economy, because of the values that possess are the most friendly ambit for disabled people clearly in the case of special centers of employment. This work finishes wih conclusions and recommendations from theoretical reflections and interviews with agents of the sector.
