The article discusses the prerequisites for the formation of investment and industrial policy as a necessary condition for achieving the country's strategic goal of accelerated industrialization. The main directions for the development of an investment and industrial policy are described, covering measures to stimulate entrepreneurial activity, diversify the sources of investment support and develop preferential regimes for the industrial sector.
