The article is devoted to the study of foreign approaches to assessing the innovations’ commercialization effectiveness, identifying indicators that most accurately reflect the performance of this process. Efficiency is the ratio of the result to the costs that led to the achievement of this result. In this regard, all indicators of commercialization effectiveness can be divided into so-called “input” indicators, i.e. resource costs and “output”, i.e. results obtained in the commercialization process. The authors conducted a comprehensive literary review of foreign scientists’ publications on the topic of evaluating the innovations’ commercialization effectiveness. Based on the results of the review, indicators that most accurately reflect the effectiveness of innovations’ commercialization are summarized and systematized.
