Políticas de inclusão de crianças com necessidades específicas nas escolas municipais de Paraíso do Tocantins

As palavras educação e inclusão, cada vez mais relacionadas nas redes de ensino, compreendem a pessoa com deficiência, e também a família, a escola e a comunidade. Nesse contexto, a presente pesquisa tem como foco analisar as políticas de inclusão das crianças com necessidades específicas nas escolas regulares de ensino na cidade de Paraíso do Tocantins. Com este estudo, buscou-se analisar se a rede municipal tem buscado disponibilizar Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) de qualidade nas Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais (SRM), e a relação de convívio que esses alunos estabelecem com seus colegas e professores nas classes regulares e nas SRM. A metodologia utilizada foi a aplicação de um questionário aos professores das SRM da rede municipal de ensino. Serviram comolocusda pesquisa as sete escolas municipais que atendem desde o ensino infantil ao 5º ano do ensino fundamental, e disponibilizam o AEE.Pretendeu-se discutir os direitos assegurados por lei e a real assistência oferecida pelas escolas inclusivas. Aqui se analisou quais as necessidades das escolas municipais, como esse trabalho é desenvolvido, como as SRM podem apoiar o aluno inserido nesse espaço e o que dificulta o trabalho de inclusão nas escolas do município.Por fim,através deste estudo pontual, foi possível refletir sobre o processo de inclusão, como ele vem acontecendo e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de diversas crianças com algum tipo de necessidade que hoje estão inseridas nas escolas regulares de ensino.Termos para indexação:educação, inclusão educacional, inserção social, necessidades especiais, políticas públicasInclusion policies of children with specific needs in the municipal schools of Paraíso do TocantinsThe words education and inclusion increasingly appear related to Education Networks, and comprises the disabled person, but also the family, the school and the community. In this context, this research focuses on analyzing the inclusion of children with specific needs policies in regular education schools in the city of Paraíso do Tocantins.This study sought to examine whether the Municipal Network has sought to provide Specialized Educational Services with quality in Multifunction Resource Rooms (MRR), and the convivial relationship that these students have with their peers and teachers in regular classes and in MRR. The methodology used was the application of a questionnaire to teachers of MRR in the Municipal School Network, being the places of research seven municipal schools of kindergarten to 5th grade of elementary school, those which provide theSpecialized Educational Services. It was intended to discuss the rights guaranteed by law and real assistance offered by inclusive schools, analysis of the needs of the Municipal Schools, how this work is done, and how the MRR can support the student in this space and what may make the inclusion work difficult in local schools.Finally, through this study it was possible to reflect on the inclusion process, as it has been going on and contributing to the development of several children with some kind of need that are now placed in regular schools of education.Index terms:education, educational inclusion, social inclusion, special needs, public policy
