Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common entrapment neuropathy, affecting 1 to 3%of the population. Even the fact that is very frequent, digital ulcers and skin lesions areunusually related to this neuropathy. We present the case of a patient with digital ulcerssecondary to carpal tunnel síndrome.
