Evaluation of educational entities -schoo organizations, component of any educational system, involves, in addition to specific techniques and mechanisms, the existence or development of relevant referential for the evolution of these organizations. Referential used only in the economic or business validated at European and global, are increasingly used in educational space. There is a phase transition from evaluating schools based on the classic referential to referential evaluation based on the "wine" in another field, their mechanisms and specific techniques. Will today's schools to adopt such models?
