Poverty is one of the main development issue faced by many countries around the world, including Indonesia. Children were the largest age group in poverty. Child poverty alleviation is important because children are our future generation. Monetary poverty is one of the popular indicators to measures child poverty. Another main indicator that can be used to measures child poverty is Multiple Overlapping Deprivation Analysis (MODA) developed by UNICEF. MODA describes child deprivation or child multidimensional poverty. The objectives of this study are to describe the child poverty by two methods, monetary and multidimensional aspects, and to categorize regions using quadrant analysis in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. The result shows that 26 42 percent children live below NTT’s poverty line. About 22 of 25 children deprived in minimum 2 dimensions from MODA perspectives. East Manggarai, Belu, Malaka and Nagekeo Regency were the poorest regions both from multidimensional and monetary poverty compared to NTT’s poverty numbers.
