Chile tiene la potencialidad de ser una opción excelente para este tipo de proyectos ya que posee recursos naturales únicos en Sudamérica, con grandes parques y reservas naturales reconocidos por organismos internacionales. Trataremos de demostrar el potencial de la costa valdiviana como destino turístico experiencial y sostenible incidiendo en la oportunidad que esto supone para proyectos hoteleros independientes que valoren instalarse en la Región siempre que sean proyectos basados en el respeto del entorno y su cultura.
