The article is written based on legal, practical, and philosophical documents, to offer some physical development solutions for students in junior high schools in Hanoi's suburbs. By researching theoretical and practical bases, and employing traditional approaches in the field of sports science research, the article constructed 10 solutions divided into 5 groups relating to five aspects: awareness, facilities, quality, internal-external PE programs, and organizational structure. It is ensured that the solutions mentioned in the article are feasible enough for the physical growth of junior high school pupils in Hanoi's suburbs. Article visualizations:
