UN OUTIL MÉTHODOLOGIQUE POUR L’APPROCHE DE LA FORMATION DES ÉLÈVES DES ÉCOLES PILOTES EN TUNISIE / A METHODOLOGICAL TOOL FOR THE TRAINING APPROACH OF STUDENTS IN PILOT SCHOOLS IN TUNISIA

Notre étude s'intéresse à la production d’un outil méthodologique pour l’approche de fonctionnement de la formation des élèves des écoles pilotes dans le système scolaire en Tunisie. Donc dans cet article on va essayer de répondre aux questions suivantes : Comment fonctionne les lycées pilotes ? Quels problèmes psychologiques ce système compétitif pourrait générer chez les élèves ? Quels problèmes rencontrent les chefs de ces établissements pour gérer ces problèmes ? Comment les enseignants exerçant dans les lycées et collègues perçoivent-ils les problèmes psychopédagogiques et didactiques génèrent par ce système et quelles solutions proposent-ils pour les dépasser ? À cette fin, un questionnaire a été remis aux anciens élèves et des entretiens ont été menés avec les directeurs et les enseignants de ces écoles pilotes.   Our study is interested in the production of a methodological tool for the operational approach to the training of students in pilot schools in the school system in Tunisia. So, in this article we will try to answer the following questions: How do the pilot high schools work? What psychological problems might this competitive system generate in students? What problems do the heads of these schools have in dealing with these problems? How do teachers in the schools perceive the psychological and didactic problems generated by this system and what solutions do they propose to overcome them? To this end, a questionnaire was given to former students and interviews were conducted with the principals and teachers at these pilot schools.   Article visualizations:
