The results of the industrial electron accelerators protection system deficiencies analysis in the event of emer-gency conditions are given and the ways to improve it are suggested in the article. The principle of the protection system functional scheme operation and its main characteristics are described. The proposed protection system on current windings of horizontal and vertical sweeps can be applied in industrial accelerators of the ELV-1 series.
