This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of Self Efficacy on work performance with job satisfaction as a study mediation variable at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Trenggalek Regency. The population for this study were employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Trenggalek Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population for this study were employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Trenggalek Regency. The sample used was 45 respondents. Sampling in this study is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression, path analysis and single test. The results showed that Self Efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance, Self Efficacy has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, and self efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
