Scientific Veterinary Institute „Novi Sad” operates in the environment that requires different approaches, different ways of thinking and different structures. Modern philosophy of an organization is based on premises that the organization is successful because of its human resources, as a factor of competitiveness. Successful business includes human resources. Many good scientific institutes have discovered that the best indicator of overall success is the ability to attract, encourage and keep scientific talents. Focusing on human resources companies develop different means to measure success, establish the way of evaluation, measure and develop human resources – they evaluate satisfaction of employees and estimate the success of the employees.
