В статье рассматриваются вопросы криминологической и криминалистической характеристики преступлений. На основе анализа ее элементов сделан вывод, что они подчинены определенному порядку. В этой связи актуальность приобретает установление статистических закономерностей в характеристиках преступлений, лиц, их совершивших, форм и методов изобличения The article deals with the issues of criminological and forensic characteristics of crimes. Based on the analysis of the elements of criminological and forensic characteristics of crimes it is concluded that they are subject to certain patterns. In this regard the establishment of statistical patterns in the characteristics of crimes, the persons who committed them, the forms and methods of incrimination becomes relevant
