Концепция развития уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации на период до 2030 г., утвержденная распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 29.04.2021 № 1138-р, особое внимание уделяет содержанию женщин с детьми, предполагается увеличение возраста ребенка, находящегося в доме ребенка исправительного учреждения либо следственного изолятора. В некоторых зарубежных станах имеется аналогичный опыт. В частности, в Германии с осужденными к лишению свободы женщинами могут проживать дети от рождения до достижения ими дошкольного возраста. В данной статье рассматриваются особенности отбывания наказания осужденными к лишению свободы женщинами, имеющими детей, в Федеративной Республике Германии The concept for the development of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 29, 2021 No. 1138-r, pays special attention to the maintenance of women with children, it is planned to increase the age of a child who is in a child's home in a correctional institution or an investigative institution insulator. Some foreign countries have similar experience. In particular, in Germany, children from birth until they reach preschool age can live with women sentenced to imprisonment. This article examines the peculiarities of serving sentences by women sentenced to imprisonment with children in the Federal Republic of Germany.
