В статье раскрываются национальные средства правовой защиты от данного нарушения и проводится оценка их эффективности с позиции Европейского суда по правам человека. Автором сделан ряд теоретических выводов и внесены практические предложения. The article reveals national remedies for this violation and assesses their effectiveness from the position of the European Court of Human Rights. The author made a number of theoretical conclusions and practical proposals.
