The article is devoted to the specifics of execution of certain types of prohibitions on the commission of certain actions provided for by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation as a preventive measure. The article deals with the implementation of the actions of penal officers aimed at registering violations of certain prohibitions. We provide recommendations on their implementation, taking into account the data of law enforcement practice.
