The article examines some of the problems that arise during the execution of restraint measures in the form of a prohibition of certain actions by the penal inspectorates (PI), which lie in the plane of interaction with the persons in whose proceedings the criminal case is and the courts. It is determined that these problems are of a systemic nature, and recommendations are given for their solution. It is concluded that the information interaction of these subjects is the main form that creates the preconditions for the effective execution of the prohibitions established by the court. An algorithm for the interaction of the PI with the preliminary investigation bodies and courts in cases of violation of the established restrictions by the controlled person is presented. Based on the analysis of legal practice legal mechanisms are proposed for the response of PIs to errors and ambiguities in court decisions received for execution.
