The educational system is constantly changing and evolving. In order to enhancethe quality of education, the teacher is always involved in the development of hisskills within professional practice to meet the standards. Standards are general statements that specify the quality of education throughout the educational system. The standards are proposed to the teacher as an input fl ow in the realization of the educational process. National and international experts from over 20 institutions contributed to the validation of the standards in our country. Education is a mobile fi eld, and the main factor of change in education is the personality of the teacher. The general and special skills of the teacher play an important role in the successful realization of the educational process.
