The article describes the strategies that increases stress resistance and diminishing emotional burnout of teachers. The specific of phenomena of stress and emotional burnout and the importance of taking into account some factors for their prevention are analyzed. The theoretical foundations of training program for stress resistance development are presents. The principles of organizing the work of a psychologist in this direction and the structure and content of the training program elaborated aredescribed.
