This article presents the concept of the standards of a friendly school for children and the notion of the quality of education and the importance of its implementation. The standard of quality of a ȘPC do not have the goal to punish schools, teachers, children or other interested parts that do not reach their set goals, but to measure and to guide the interested parts to be able to satisfy(or to overcome)standards of a minimum level.
