The article addresses the concept of school management from the perspective of managerial skills, by valorizing human resources in order to increase the quality of the educational act. In this sense, the director's style of leadership is very important and should be geared towards stimulating and motivating teachers. An integrated leadership model of the school based on skills, in which the manager will permanently interact with the subordinate staff will ultimately lead to individual and organizational performance in accordance with the educational standards.
