Связь суда с культом Богини-матери соотносится с некоторыми осетин-скими фольклорно-этнографическими материалами, позволяющими полагать наличиеоригинальной древнеирано-скифо-алано-осетинской параллели. According to the conclusion of the researchers, the «nykhases of the Narts» andsimilar complexes are monuments of the Alanian period. In the past, they served as sanctuariesdedicated to a female deity and at the same time associated with judicial activities. The connectionbetween the court and the cult of the Mother Goddess is correlated with some Ossetian folkloreand ethnographic materials, which suggest the existence of an original ancient Iranian-Scythian-Alano-Ossetian parallel. The image of the goddess was originally associated with ideas about theworld order and the law. Within the framework of her cult, the formation and functioning of courtscould take place.
