В статье на основе впервые вводимых в научный оборот архивных ма-териалов рассмотрены некоторые аспекты работы партийных и советских органовСеверной Осетии с молодежью, подлежащей призыву в ряды Красной Армии в 1920-30-егг. Автор анализирует основные направления, формы и методы, реализуемые в под-готовке призывной молодежи, выявляя их положительные и отрицательные стороны. Based on archival materials introduced into scientifi c circulation for the fi rst time, thearticle examines some aspects of the work of the party and Soviet authorities of North Ossetiawith young people subject to conscription into the Red Army in the 1920s and 30s. The authoranalyzes the main directions, forms and methods implemented in the preparation of draft youth,identifying their positive and negative sides.
