Management of Rajonivruttijanya Lakshana through Rasayan Chikitsa, Abhangya, Basti, Shirodhara supplement of Phytoestogens, Bruhaniya, Balya and Vayasthapan drugs along with maintenance of mental health with the help of Yoga, Asanas, meditation and with Ahara and Vihara helps menopausal females to change annoying men-opause to healthy and happy menopause.
