Exploring the chanceswithin the Blockchain universe multiple applications of BCT in Supply Chain Management (SCM) are oftenimplemented. During this paper, we shall combine these two perspectives on BCT in SCM to summarize acurrent state of the art and to derive avenues for further research. This paper aims to investigate the role ofBlockchain in sustainable supply chain management and explore the applications which can contributetowards building a risk resilient supply chain. This paper examines the supply chain management system including the technologies involved and themethodologies. The approach used for making a supply chain monitoring web app through which we canimplement a system which makes it easy and efficient to track a product throughout its life-cycle.
