The concept of intelligence has been the challenging issues in the history of psychology, from the past to tillnow.Intelligences, represents a set of different skills and abilities that appear in the different forms impactingbehaviour and performances.Intelligence is the set of abilities that helps to solve problems and find solutionsbased on situations.Social intelligence is the capacity to know oneself and to know others.Spiritualintelligence is an intelligence by which we achieve our deepest states of significance, values, purposes andtranscendental motivations.Organizational entrepreneurship is an attempt to create entrepreneurialmentality and skills and insert such characteristics and mentalities into the culture and activities of theorganization.It includes characteristics such as perseverance, risk acceptation, creativity andinnovation.There is direct significant and positive relationship between social and spiritual intelligence withorganizational entrepreneurship.
