The purpose of this paper is to identify the drivers and enablers of using AI technologies in three importantareas of Omni-channel retailing- customer experience, data management and supply chain efficiency. Thispaper also explores the different AI technologies which can be used by retailer to manage the supply chain,data and their engagement with customers. In this era of digitalization, online and offline retailers must comeup with unique ways to get people to shop. AI technologies can provide better experience to customers whileshopping and in turn improve the efficiency of retailers.
