This article presents a new theory for the evolution of the cosmos and time. This is based on the concept ofString Theory and had tried to explain the whole phenomena from the quantum level. This has alsoreferences from the mass energy equivalence theory and ether theory and so is able to explain the wholephenomena from the very beginning. It is thought that this theory can explain the evolution of cosmos andtime from a completely new but more acceptable perspective.
