Traceability is the set of measures, actions and procedures that allow registering and identifying a particular product from its beginning to its final destination, observing this there is the possibility of using principles of this concept in construction projects, and in particular in what is refers to the implementation of quality programs are an important challenge to validate its success from the moment it starts until the client or user receives said finished project. This paper presents a case study of the implementation of the 3cv + 2® quality model in all real estate projects of a Mexican real estate company and its traceability throughout the construction processes-internal delivery-delivery to the client-guarantees- Customer satisfaction through the analysis of results, records and indicators over time.
