Solar and wind are the most abundant source of renewable energy. Investing to build this type of energy generation needs reliable and on-site data. Still, data are available on the internet based on predictions from the previous year. This study is an actual and real-time measurement and monitoring of solar and wind power to analyze the potential development of solar and wind energy harvesters on the island. The web-based tracking of solar and wind energy, a system that can monitor and, through data collected, will check solar and wind power feasibility. The study utilized the minicomputer raspberry pi as the central processing unit of the design. The development of the project study consists of six stages: the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and communication. The developed system is tested as to usability using self-made questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Also, data are plotted and analyzed the measured value of solar and wind energy in two locations in the Daywan Islands. Based on the data results, installing solar and wind energy in location 2 in Daywan Island, Claver, Surigao del Norte is feasible and efficient. Wind turbines have dominant and efficient power made compared to solar panels during nighttime. It will prove to the investors would make the assurance to invest in solar and wind energy. As to the result of the descriptive statistics, the development system passed the evaluations as to usability and operability. Keywords—Web-based, Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Raspberry pi, Hybrid
