Earth observation and environmental control arebecoming more important where the realization of DEM by thetechnique of interferometry of RSO images facilitates thecontrol of terrestrial deformations, which is the subject of thispaper. The unwrapping phase is a very important step in theinterferometry process, especially to treat it carefully in steepdegraded and mountainous ground. We have focused on thereduction and sometimes the elimination of the residues in flatterrains and otherwise to keep the maximum of the residues inthe very steep sites. For this purpose, the methods developedand proposed are based on a transformation by the ISODATAwhich is based on KMEANS and the double passage of themedian filter, and this in order to limit the creation of thebrunch-Cut for the progress of the filtered interferogram(elimination of large black spot on The Brunch-Cut image).Thetests of this method were carried out on several sites, andshowed good results.
