
KORELASI PEMAHAMAN KONSEP BILANGAN PECAHAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA TERPADU

This study aims to obtain empirical data about the correlation of understanding the concept of fractions against the results of the study on the teaching material of the integrated IPA light in class VIII MTs Nurul Falah Tangerang. Research using the korelasional analysis approach through quantitative methods. The sample consisted of 30 students through Claster Random Sampling techniques. Results of the study indicate that there is a positive correlation between the understanding of the concept of fractions against the results of the study material integrated light IPA, where the value of the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.947 regression equation ???? =4,002+0,881X. Determination of the coefficient indicates that r2 = (0,947)2 = 0,8968 or 89.68%, meaning that contributions to the understanding of the concept of fractions against the results of the study on light material integrated IPA grade VIII MTs Nurul Falah of 89.68%.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang korelasi pemahaman konsep bilangan pecahan terhadap hasil belajar IPA terpadu pada materi ajar cahaya di kelas VIII MTs Nurul Falah kota Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis korelasional melalui metode kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 30 siswa melalui teknik Claster Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara pemahaman konsep bilangan pecahan terhadap hasil belajar IPA terpadu materi cahaya, dimana nilai koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,947 dengan persamaan regresi =4,002+0,881X. Koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa r2 = (0,947)2 = 0,8968 atau 89,68%, artinya kontribusi pemahaman konsep bilangan pecahan terhadap hasil belajar IPA terpadu materi cahaya pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Nurul Falah sebesar 89,68%.
