This note deals with two problems related to anisotropy
of the electrical conductivity.
In the first part of the paper the possibility to evaluate the analitical
expression of the coefficient of electrical conductivity has been shown, taking
into account some results stated by Jancel and Kahan.
In the second part a suitable simplified analysis enabled us to discuss
the macroscopic motion of an ionospheric flow
of the electrical conductivity.
