Existence of interplanetary magnetic fields other than
the geomagnetic field is now well established. They travel as frozen-in
fields inside the solar plasma clouds: magnetic fields on the Sun are then
discussed. Furtherly radioemission phenomena are considered from the
viewpoint of their association and correlation with the interplanetary magnetic
field and solar plasma phenomena.
Morphology and geographical distribution of Polar Cap Absorption
events and their correlations with solar phenomena are reviewed.
At last experimental results on solar protons events are discusse
